These terms cover your use of sochra.com, including the public demo and the early-access form. The site is run by SOCHRA LIMITED (company number 17511908, registered in England and Wales, registered office 122 Elvaston Road, North Wingfield, Chesterfield, England, S42 5GA). By using the site you agree to these terms.
- What the site is. sochra.com tells you about sochra, a profit tool for online sellers that we are building. The site has no accounts, sign-in or paid service, and you can't buy anything on it.
- The public demo. The demo shows a made-up store with example data only. Its figures are illustrations, not real results, and not accounting, tax or financial advice. Features shown in the demo may change or may not be offered.
- Early access. Sending the early-access form asks us to contact you. It does not create an account or a contract for any service, and it does not guarantee a place. We may say no or stop early access at any time. How we use your details is set out in our privacy policy.
- Acceptable use. Don't use the site unlawfully, send false or other people's details through the form, scrape or overload the site, try to get around its security, or test its security without our written permission. To report a security issue, email security@sochra.com.
- Intellectual property. We own the site, the demo and their content, including the sochra name and logo. You may view them for your own information, but you may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
- Availability. We provide the site "as is". We may change, pause or remove the site or the demo at any time, and we don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the demo, which are free.
- Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
- Law. English law applies, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep any rights you have under the law where you live.
